INVITATION TO BID

Sealed Bids for this project will be received by the City of West Haven at the office of the Comptroller

until December 2, 2025 and at that time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids

will be received after 12 noon on the day the bids are to be opened.

The work consists of the installation of a new box culvert on Spring Street and miscellaneous work as

specified herein. The work will take place in the City of West Haven, Connecticut.
