INVITATION TO BID

Sealed Bids for the Phase 1: Interceptor Pipe and Manhole Rehabilitation project will be received by Mr. James Sullivan at the Stonington Town Hall, 3rd floor Finance Department, 152 Elm Street, Stonington Connecticut 06378, until 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, September 4, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened publicly, and read aloud, at the Stonington Town Hall’s Finance Department. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a sealed envelope with three hard copies and one electronic copy via a USB thumb drive, the outside of which must be clearly marked “BID #2025-006 ENCLOSED – PHASE 1: INTERCEPTOR SEWER PROJECT” and include the bidder’s company name and address.
