The Midwestern Connecticut Council of Alcoholism Inc., MCCA, Inc., will receive bids on or before 3:00 p.m. EST, Friday July 19, 2024 at 38 Old Ridgebury Road, Danbury, CT 06810 or through email at trinityglenrenovations@mccaonline.com . Said bids will be opened and read aloud at this time.

Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary to complete renovations and improvements of the MCCA, Inc. Trinity Glen Men’s Rehabilitation Program, 149 West Cornwall Road, Sharon, CT.

The project will be financed with the Health Disparities and Prevention Grant (HDPG) from the Department of Public Health as well as the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Facility Improvement Grant from the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. All contractors must comply with the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities requirements.

All requests for information, (RFI) for this bid must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday June 24, 2024 to jgould@kbarch.com and will be answered by 5:00 p.m. EST, Thursday June 27, 2024.

Contract documents including Plans and Specifications, dated May 3, 2024 as prepared by Kenneth Boroson Architects LLC, 315 Peck Street, New Haven, CT 06513, Phone number (203) 624-0662 can be reviewed and/or purchased within the online plan room of Joseph Merritt & Company, Hartford, CT at www.merrittplanroom.com.

A mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held at 149 West Cornwall Road, Sharon, CT on Friday June 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Please confirm your attendance through Joan Gould at jgould@kbarch.com. All bid forms must be completely filled in when submitted. Attention to bidders is directed to certain requirements of this contract which require compliance with certain local, state, and federal requirements. Contractors must be bondable. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.

No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of the bid, without the consent of MCCA, Inc.
