A pre-bid walk through will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

The St. Vincent de Paul Middletown Inc, will receive sealed bids on or before 3:00 p.m. EST, Friday, April 12, 2024 at Northeast Collaborative Architects (NCA), 500 Plaza Middlesex, Middletown, CT 06457

Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the new construction of St. Vincent Commons, 12 Liberty Street, Middletown, CT. The project will be financed with a City of Middletown American Rescue Act and grant from the State of Connecticut Department of Housing. All contractors must comply with the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities requirements. All Requests for Information, (RFI) for this bid must be received by 5:00 pm EST, Tuesday, April 2, 2024 to cspeeg@ncarchitects.com.
